The wood we use is scavenged locally from downed wood in Bear Valley and Idyllwild, California. This could be wood that has fallen on its own, or wood that has been cut down for another purpose (forest clearing, etc.) that we procure to ensure it does not go to waste. We do not cut down trees to support our wood projects. 

That depends on the complexity of the design, whether we have your chosen live edge slab style in stock, and how many other custom orders we have in queue. In general, we can finish a design within a few weeks.

Yes, a down payment of 50% of the total design is due at the start of the project.

Since each piece is custom-made, we do not offer refunds or returns.
